Pine Castle Pioneer Days, Inc. has been actively involved in planning and running this annual event for many years. By doing this event, we sincerely hope that it brings a sense of community to the residents, neighbors and friends by providing them with a connection to the rich heritage that built these surrounding areas but which may be obscured by the modern day hustle and bustle of life. As a non profit organization, all monies taken in are used to support the event. We have relied and continue to rely heavily on the volunteer efforts of many people to make it happen. And our financial support has been provided in many ways, i.e. our Silent Auction which relies on the donations of material items by individuals and businesses. Many businesses and individuals purchase advertising spots in our magazine and sponsorship of various entertainment venues during the actual event and we receive money from the various vendors who rent our booth spaces as well.
